The News Broadcasting Standards Authority (NBSA) has decided on a complaint, stating that by a resolution dated December 9, 2020, India Today Group (with Aaj Tak) does not violate the Code of Ethics. This advancement came from a petition filed by actress Rakul Preet Singh with the Delhi High Court, alleging that Aaj Tak claimed a false report of the drug case being investigated by the Narcotics Control Bureau.
